The residential part of the complex consists of three blocks, each eight floors high, comprising a total of 279 apartments of various structures.

Comfort in all residential units is achieved through excellent room layouts and the selection of premium materials and equipment. All apartments are bright with large openings, comfortable terraces, and beautiful views towards Fruška Gora, the inner courtyard and park, or panoramic city views.

Our focus was on sound protection and isolation, with the use of specially selected construction materials dominated by bricks that provide warmth and a more humane touch to the living environment.
